simply together...
Teams are most successful, when the strength of the individual is reflected in the results.
Most colleagues are unhappy with something. Open dialog... missing.
Lack of communication, unclear boundaries, no clear direction, etc.
Heard about it?
I have been a manager for over 20 years. Frankly spoken from the soul: The pitfalls, walls and obstacles to mutual success are always old acquaintances.
From my experience, it is important to know where things are stuck.
But treating only the symptoms leads to short-term improvements in team performance, possibly.
We could take a more sustainable approach, couldn't we?
What if all participants would find their common way as a team?
A way that is perfect only for this team. No one should be pressed into a foreign scheme,
but can blossom in the team according to his talents.
The understanding of the colleagues for the abilities of the others, sets itself and
the strength of each individual keeps the team in development and promotes potential.
Let's walk the path to greater effectiveness together.
